I am someone who likes things to be easy. For me, the only rule in spirituality is The Golden Rule. Do Unto To Others As You Would Have Others Do Unto You.
Be kind to all, but especially be kind to yourself. The better you treat your-self, the more you can do for others.
As you heal, you will notice a shift in the relationships with people in your life. You don't have to say a word, just by your growth and the way you act and re-act in all situations, others will shift too.

Visualizations are a form of regulating the mind. Creating mental imagery helps give you the ability to transform your thoughts as well as your perspective. When we can change our thoughts we can then change our lives
Visualizations are very empowering. All you have to do is listen and go on a journey, it's such a fun, easy, & beautiful practice.
4. Energetic Protection
Energetic Protection is another form of regulating the mind. It is as simple as creating a focused intention.
If you are empathic and take on other people's emotions, then this practice is especially important for you.
It is one of the many ways to honor your sacred and beautiful soul.
5. Grounding
Grounding means to come back into your body feeling comfortable, safe, and strong. In todays world, with all of life's pressures, it can be really hard to feel grounded.
